And that’s what the Foundation’s drug prevention activities are all about. Children take a pledge to lead a drug-free life and encourage their friends and classmates to do the same, thereby building a foundation for a drug-free life and a safer community.

The Drug-Free World program represents an enormous stride toward raising a generation who will remain free from the ravages of drug abuse. Through events and pledge signings, drug-free living has been promoted to millions of youths world over.

When a person signs the Drug-Free Pledge, they have taken the first step in participation towards the creation of a drug-free world. Pledges with hundreds or thousands of signatures create high impact when publicly displayed or presented to a public official. Millions of people around the world of all ages and from all walks of life have signed the Drug-Free Pledge—promising to live a drug-free life and promote a drug-free lifestyle.
